      • PANORAMA.  This is our newest textbook adoption for SPAN 1001, 1002, and 1060 (starting Summer 03). Try these internet activities as prepared by VISTA Higher Learning.
      • VENTANAS.  This is our newest textbook adoption for SPAN 200, 2002 and 2060 (starting Summer 03). Try these internet activities as prepared by VISTA Higher Learning.
      • Así es (3rd. ed.).  This is the textbook that is currently being used for SPAN 1001, 1002 and 2001.   Try these internet activities as prepared by Harcourt College Publishers.
      • VISION Y VOZ TEXTBOOK (2nd. Ed.). Try these INTERNET ACTIVITIES as prepared by WILEY Publishing House.
      • ¡ARRIBA! TEXTBOOK (2nd. Ed.) was used for Spanish 151, 152 or 153. Students can still use many of its Internet Activities. Give it a try!
    • Culture:
      • Sí, Spain / Sí, España: This interactive service "Sí, Spain" promotes free exchange of information on Spanish current affairs and its historical, linguistic and cultural development.
      • Cibercentro. Here you will find links to information on most Spanish-speaking countries (newspapers, radios, education, government, travel, etc.)
      • ¿Por qué celebran el cinco de mayo? This holiday, celebrated in Mexico and widely in the United States, celebrates a historic military victory over the French. In both Spanish and English.
      • Las mujeres de la historia / The Women of History.  This is a collection of Web resources for Spanish teachers during National Women's History Month. 
      • El día de los muertos: Mexicans Celebrate Day of the Dead.  Families gather at cemeteries as Mexicans honor their dead at the beginning of each November. Despite prominent symbols of death, the Day of the Dead has far different origins than does Halloween. 
    • Language and Literature:
      • Studyspanish.com.  Use this great site to practice grammar, vocabualry, verb drills, etc.
      • Quia. Best of the Net. Excellent collection of quizzes and online activities developed by teachers. 
      • Learn Spanish: This is a free on-line tutorial.  Try it!
      • Spanish Grammar Exercises. Use this site to practice grammar (tenses, pronombres, indicativo, subjuntivo, etc.). 
      • The Spanish CALL Project. Some of these pages are entirely written in Spanish for educational purposes so if you go there to polish up your Spanish, you are in the right place. The materials presented were developed for college level students but can be used (and have been successfully used) at other levels.  This is yet another excellent place!
      • Spanish on-line!: This page offers on-line resources, covering the areas of language-learning, literary/cultural resources, and linguistics.
      • Webspañol: Promotes the study and appreciation of the Spanish Language by utilizing a variety of internet resources.
      • Varieties of Spanish - Dialects of Spanish by Area:
      • Gramática española. This link should prove to be very useful to those who want to be up-to-date concerning modern Spanish. It has information about capitalization, uses of "se," "que," accentuation in Spanish, and much more...
      • La página del idioma español (Spanish Language Home Page). This page is in Spanish and its purpose is to contribute to the preservation, unity, and purity of the Spanish language. Some of its contents include Orthography, Literature, Grammar, Translation, Spanglish, Debates, Computers, Spanish Cyber classes, etc.
      • La página de la literatura española e inglesa (The Spanish and English Literature Home Page). This home page provides a short summary of literary periods and genres, authors and their main works for students of Spanish or English Literature. Check it out!!!
      • The Works of Cervantes. This is a very useful link that includes the text of: Don Quijote, Novelas Ejemplares, also a Utilities/Links section, and Engravings of Cervantes' main works.

      • SIGMA DELTA PI SPANISH HONOR SOCIETY at GSU. The Spanish Section in Department of Foreign Languages at GSU sponsors Sigma Delta Pi, Zeta Phi Chapter. Our Spanish Majors or Minors are eligible for membership. Check their homepage for more detailed information.
