Writing Honors students to present at GURC

Writing and Linguistics majors and Writing Honors students Lauren Gagnon, Maggie DeLisle, and Summer Kurtz will present at the Georgia Undergraduate Research Conference in Milledgeville, Georgia, on November 4 and 5. Gagnon, DeLisle, and Kurtz’s presentation is titled “Intertwining Fiction with Reality: How Research Informs Creative Writing.”

The Department of Writing & Linguistics is housed in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, Georgia Southern’s College of the Creative Mind. CLASS prepares its students to achieve academic excellence, develop their analytical skills, enhance their creativity, and embrace their responsibilities as citizens of their communities, nations, and world.
