The
Master of Arts in Social Science is a multi-disciplinary degree program
which allows learners, in conjunction with the graduate director and
their advisor, to design an individualized program of study. The program
is administered in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology and
coordinated with appropriate departments in the College of Liberal
Arts and Social Sciences. Students are expected to take classes in
several disciplines, but they must take at least 15 credit hours in
at least one of the following areas B History, Political Science,
Psychology, or Sociology.

an argument or position

Analytical Skills
§ ability to summarize arguments
