The Martin-Davis Pre-Law Scholarship is a $500 scholarship awarded annually to an outstanding junior or senior with an unadjusted GPA of at least 3.5 who wishes to pursue a career in law.
The Office of Pre-Law Advising announces the Kaplan Course Competition!
The Kaplan Course Competition is for a Kaplan LSAT Prep Course certificate. The certificate is valid for one free Kaplan LSAT Prep course: LSAT Prep – In Person, LSAT Prep – Live Online, or LSAT – Self Paced course.
The certificate must be redeemed by June 1, 2016.
Any student who:
• Wishes to pursue a career in law (regardless of major)
• Has an unadjusted GPA of at least 3.0
• Has enough credits to qualify for standing as a Junior by the competition deadline

Georgia Southern University alumni Josh Combs on top prosecution teams in Trial Advocacy Competition
Georgia Southern University alumni Josh Combs and fellow Emory Law Mock Trial Society members Emily Adams and Mike Evans finished as a top 4 prosecution team in a field of 32 teams at the Seventh Annual John L. Costello Criminal Law Trial Advocacy Competition in Fairfax, Virginia.
Georgia Southern alumni Josh Combs and Allyson Lumpkin have been chosen to compete together on Emory University School of Law’s mock trial team. They will be heading to Miami in November 2013 to compete in the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition.
Georgia Southern alumna Anna Idelevich, also a member of Emory University School of Law’s mock trial team, will be competing in October at the Peter James Johnson National Civil Rights Competition.
