is now produced by the Policy Studies Organization
under the editorial team of Drs. David Mena and Emma Norman
of the University of the Americas, Puebla, Mexico.
Submission guidelines remain the same, and any queries may be sent
to
the editors at the address listed below.
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically, i.e. as an e-mail attachment,
and should not exceed 25 pages. Submissions go through a blind peer-review
process, so please do not identify any of the authors in the text,
headers or footers, or in a title page attached to the front of the
document. Instead of a title page, please include all the information
that would typically appear in one (name, title/position, college
or university name, phone number, mailing address, and email address)
in the body of the email itself.
Please submit your text files in MS Word, or if you cannot, then as
Rich Text files. If you use a Macintosh, please save the file as an
IBM compatible file.
If your manuscript is accepted for publication, we will require a
polished electronic version with tables and charts saved in separate
files (e.g., Table 1.doc, Table 2.doc), so keep this in mind before
submission. You may send these to us on a disk or as email attachments.
Tables should be submitted in MS Word, but if you use different software
for figures, please send them in their original files and let us know
what you used.
Consult the most recent edition of The Chicago Manual of Style,
currently the 15th edition, for text and citation format.
Put a note in the text where each table or chart should be placed.
We make every effort to place them where author(s) prefer, but layout
parameters can at times make this difficult.
Double space the text for easier editing and use one space after periods.
Use the active voice except where tense shifts are necessary and limit
the use of personal pronouns. Please use basic headings (main headings
centered, subheadings left justified), one inch margins, 12 pt font
size, and the Times New Roman font.
Submissions:
To submit a manuscript, click the Submit button below,
use "manuscript submission" in the subject
line,
and attach your file to an email.
Remember to save tables and charts in separate files.
You may have to submit multiple attachments.
