Southern Georgia Symphony to Present "A Little Chamber Music"
October 9, 2006 - The Southern Georgia Symphony, under the direction of Cheung Chau, continues their 2006-2007 Performance Season with "A Little Chamber Music", featuring the Magellan String Quartet and special guests, Giuseppe Lupis on piano; Linda Cionitti on clarinet; Kyle Hancock, vocals and Sallie Bacon-Lupis on double bass. The concerts will be held in Savannah on October 17, at 8:00 p.m. in the Lucas Theatre, and in Statesboro on October 23, at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. "A Little Chamber Music" will include the following program; Mozart Trio in E-Flat Major for Clarinet, Viola and Piano; Barber Dover Beach for Medium Voice and String Quartet; Rossini Trio Sonata; and Dvorak American String Quartet.
