Colorguard Audition Information

Audition Date:
Saturday, April 12, 2008

Schedule:

2:00PM

2:30PM

Registration -

Auditions and Workshop begins

Recreation Activities Center (RAC)
GSU Campus

Auditions will conclude by late afternoon.

Procedure:

Judging will be in three categories:

1) Each participant will perform a solo routine at least two minutes long and will perform to a pre-recorded cassette tape of your choice.

2) Participants will be taught a routine to be performed in small groups.

3) Each participant will be taught a movement/poise exercise. (This requires no prior experience).

What to Bring:

Each participant is to supply their own flag and solo routine tape.

A cassette player will be provided for the auditions.

No uniforms are necessary, practice attire is suitable.
