It is possible to fly apart from the group. If a student makes her or his own transatlantic flight arrangements, we take $1,050.00 off the FINAL payment. The student MUST fill out the Airline Waiver Form (click button on left). Once completed, the form should be submitted to the European Council office by 6 March 2009. If the student doesn't submit the Airline Waiver Form, she or he will be responsible for the cost of the ticket purchased by the Waterford Program. It's a good idea to email or call the European Council office (which is in Valdosta) to say that your Airline Waiver Form is in the mail. The contact person there is Ms. Whitney Strickler. Her data follow; please feel free to speak to her at any time.

IMPORTANT: Students who make their own flight arrangements need to be aware that it is their responsibility to get themselves to and from the program site in Waterford. They must arrive before or at the same time as the rest of the group at the start of the program, no later.
