Program Admission Criteria:

  • Students must have a total institution GPA of 2.5 and 45 earned hours to become a major in the MMJ program.
  • Students with fewer than 45 hours and/or less than a 2.50 total institution GPA will be considered “Pre-Communication Arts” majors. They cannot take upper division Comm. Arts classes.

Additional Program Requirement:

  • Students must achieve a “C” or higher grade in each Comm. Arts class to earn course credit.
  • Students may repeat a major course only once to achieve the required “C” grade.
