The Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art strives to bring performances that will wow festival goers! Each year, participants can expect to see new and different acts on the stage along with traditional crowd favorites.

2015 Stage Schedule

11:00 a.m. Gail Hursey School of Dance Local dancers ranging from three-years-old and up will perform an array of ballet, tap and jazz routines.
11:40 a.m. Clarinet Quartet
and Clarinet Studio

Georgia Southern University
A variety of clarinet performances will play some new, cool and unusual tunes.
12:15 p.m. Statesboro Youth Ballet
Averitt Center for the Arts
The Statesboro Youth Ballet will be performing an arrangement of jazz, tap, modern and character dances.
1:00 p.m. Those Cats Those Cats are a high energy Soul & Funk powerhouse from Statesboro, GA. Connect Statesboro describes them as “A band whose fresh, funky and soulful sound provides its listeners with a never-ending well of tastefully grooving tracks, perfect for any occasion worthy of music.”
2:15 p.m. F-Beams
Georgia Southern University
An offshoot of the Music Technology program at Georgia Southern, F-Beams features a ukelele, baritone sax, alto sax and electronics. Some say their style is quasi-minimalist/ambient core.
 3:15 p.m. Pladd Dot School of Rock & Roll Returning to the ArtsFest stage, Pladd Dot’s music program consists of musicians ranging from ages nine to eighteen and they rock out to ACDC, Guns N’ Roses, Cream, Sheryl Crow and everything in between.
