Animator, Creator of ‘Doug’ TV Series to Visit Georgia Southern

Animator of the popular ’90s animated television series “Doug,” Jim Jinkins will visit the campus of Georgia Southern University on Thursday, Oct. 5.

Having worked on other turn-of-the-millennium Disney series, such as “PB&J Otter,” “Stanley,” and “101 Dalmatians: The Series,” his knowledge of animation and the industry offers credible insight to aspiring animators.

Jinkins’ artist talk will begin at 5 p.m. in Arts Building room 2071. The event is free and the public is invited to attend.
