Maskery, Smith and Williams among selected RAW Artists

Alumnae  Danielle Maskery (BA’10), Kelsey Smith (BA ’11) and Kelly Williams (BFA ’12) are RAW: natural born artists.

Danielle Maskery is one of 33 artists featured in Marvel, RAW Artists Atlanta showcase April 20, 2013 at Terminal West.

Kelsey Smith and Kelly Williams, along with 34 other artists, were chosen to exhibit their work in the RAW Artists Atlanta showcase Discovery on February 21, 2013. Smith showed her extended Dream series previously stemming from her undergraduate work at the Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art while Williams exhibited her new dead flower series of photographs called Fleeting Death. 

RAW:natural born artists is an independent arts organization, for artists, by artists. They are a community made up of creative individuals across the nation whose mission is to provide independent artists within the first 10 years of their career with the tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity. RAW welcomes all genres of art including independent film, fashion, music, visual art, performing art, hairstylists, makeup artists and more.

Most importantly, RAW encourages the creative success of the many visionaries and storytellers of our generation.
