Mission Statement
The Student Advisory Board of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) is committed to supporting the CLASS mission statement with an emphasis in our active pursuit to enhance excellence, innovation, and the pursuit of knowledge. Through our meetings, we strive to represent the students of CLASS and to enrich their experience in our college as they move toward becoming active members of the global community. The CLASS Student Advisory Board brings the concerns of students to the Dean, aspiring to better the college as a whole. In its renewed devotion to Georgia Southern University's sense of being a student-centered institution, the board further supports and enhances the mission of creating community, diversity, and global awareness.
The board reports to Dr. Olivia Carr Edenfield, Associate Dean of CLASS.
