Africana Studies
Requirements for the minor include AAST 3230 - Introduction to Africana Studies, AAST 4630 - Seminar in Africana Studies and 9 additional semester hours of courses with a significant Africana dimension in at least two disciplines other than the major. Courses may be selected from the list of courses approved for the minor given below or courses approved by the Director of the Africana Studies minor, Dr. Saba Jallow.
